Intimate Construction is a leading construction firm based in Thrissur, Kerala. Managed by a team of professionals from the construction field, we have been able to set high standards in our activities.

We are proud to say that during the 15 years of our impressive operations we have built an Amusement Park, Shopping Complexes, Hotels, Kalyana Mandapams and Houses among other major and minor constructions. Our efforts have always won appreciation from our clients because of the high standards we have set for ourselves. And our untiring effort and sole aim is to maintain that.

M.M.Mohandas

Mr.Mohandas is an experienced civil engineer of 20 years who was with AL ABBAR Contracting Co., Dubai, as Project-in-charge for some years.

Current projects under his charge:

1)	Residential Apartment for Mr. M.K.Balan, Kolazhy, at Palace Road, Thrissur. (Project Cost: INR 50 lakh)
2)	Commercial Building for Mr. Azeez, Thrissur,at East Fort, Thrissur. (Project Cost: INR 2.2 crores)
3)	Kalyanamandapam' at Velur, Thrissur. (Project Cost: INR 50 lakshs)

V.B.Suresh

Mr.Suresh who specialized in Business Management has a 20 year experience in the construction industry. He owns a Contracti - ing and General Maintenance Company in Dubai and is an excellent planner and executor of construction work. He has a special flair for excellent Public Relations and maintaining contacts.

These gentlemen are also assisted by Mr. K.A Chandran, former G.M with Kerala Construction Corporation, and Mr.M.S Sudhakaran, a Project Management Consultant.
